Zone

At BXFGYM our classes are split into 3 zones, THE FIELD, THE RING & THE PLATFORM. We’ve even brought a touch of America to our club with the American Football Pitch where we’ll hold some of our classes; prepare to work hard and burn some calories!

We have over 30+ group classes a week, starting at 07:00 AM, and divided into 3 types of classes; STRENGTH, ENDURANCE & TONE, ruling the activities and outcome of the class. Whatever you fancy, you have the freedom with us, and we can guarantee you’ll have an amazing workout with us.

The Field

Welcome to THE FIELD... The zone for all of our HIIT focused classes. If you want to burn calories then this is the class for you.Get your sweat on in our strength, endurance and muscle toning based workouts within this zone.

We have 24 spaces in The Field classes, so there’ll be plenty of support as we work together to burn those calories.

The Ring

Enter THE RING... The zone for all of our Box-Fitness workouts. Enjoy developing all areas of your physical fitness through individualised strength, endurance and muscle toning workouts. Grab your boxing gloves and get ready to box your way fit!

With 16 six foot punch bags we have 16 spaces per class.

The Platform

Step up to THE PLATFORM... The zone where all of our resistance based workouts will take place. Sculpt your body through specific strength, endurance and muscle toning based workouts.

We have 8 spaces per class, making for a very intimate and involved class.
